Most other 120mm fans should work with our design as long as the hole location and dimensions are the same as this fan. The screw holes MUST be 105mm x 105mm apart to fit correctly with the precut plexiglass holes. We cannot guarantee that any other fan model works with our design.

The main purpose of the FAN GUARD print is to prevent any part of the printer from contacting the spinning fan.

There are 2 versions of the FAN GUARD (thick or thin). If you plan to put the FAN GUARD in-between the fan and the plexiglass, we recommend using the thin version. Otherwise, either should work well.
